   Some of those wheels bring back a lot of memories. Several have stood the test of time quite nicely, while others are real doozies.

   And look at the prices. We should be pleased that the price of wheels has not skyrocketed as much as new cars.

   It was definitely a better time, stylistically, than the 90s for aftermarket wheel designs. 80s doozies can’t touch 90s doozies for the “what the hell were they thinking?” factor.

   I am a sucker for 2 and 3 piece wheels, and it never ceases to amaze me how many options were available at the time. I need some 80s period-correct modification project cars in my life. Louvers and Gottis everywhere!
